Goals your team will actually finish.
Most goal software is a form people fill in once and never open again. GoalKit is built around the part that feels good: getting things done.
Small wins, every week
Goals break into steps you can finish in a few days. Each one you tick moves your team's number, not just your own.No status meetings
Managers see progress the moment it happens. Monday becomes a conversation about what's stuck, not a readout of what's done.Celebrate out loud
When a goal closes, the team sees it. Recognition shouldn't wait for a review cycle six months from now.Three screens, then you're set up.
Most teams are running their first quarter in GoalKit the same afternoon they sign up.
-
Write the company goals
Four or five, in plain sentences. Everything else in GoalKit hangs off these.
-
Invite your people
Each person writes their own goals and picks which company goal they ladder up to. Managers review, they don't dictate.
-
Break them into steps
Then the week runs itself: tick steps as you finish them, and progress rolls up on its own.
This is a real week.
Tick a few steps and watch the team goal move. That's the whole interaction — there's no status field to fill in.
Two of five steps done. Due December 18.
“We ran goals in a spreadsheet for four years. Nobody opened it after week two. People open GoalKit because ticking something off is the reward.”
“I stopped asking for status. I can see it.”
Priced per person, billed yearly.

Questions people ask before they switch.
Will people actually keep it up to date?
That's the problem GoalKit is designed around. Updating means ticking a step you already finished — there's no separate status to write. Across our customers, most people touch their goals at least once a week after the first month.
Is this tied to performance reviews?
Only if you want it to be. By default goals are a planning tool, not a scoring one. Admins can export a quarter's goals for review season, and employees can always see what's shared about them.
Who can see my goals?
Your manager and anyone on your team, by default. You can mark a goal private to just you and your manager. Nobody outside your company ever sees anything.
How do I get my whole company on GoalKit?
Sign up with your work email — the first person from a company becomes the admin and names the company. Everyone else who signs up with the same work email domain joins automatically.
Can I sign in with Google?
Yes. Use "Continue with Google" on the sign-in page with your work Google account.
Start with one quarter.
